Refund Policy
The short version
- The 7-day free trial means you can try the app before paying. We don't refund subscriptions when the trial period offered everything needed to evaluate the product.
- If the app simply doesn't work on supported hardware within 14 days of your first paid charge, we'll refund you in full.
- If you cancel mid-term, your subscription stays active to its end date and you don't get a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.
- Some local laws give you stronger rights than this policy. Those rights apply.
1. The free trial is part of the refund mechanism
Image2Video Studio offers a 7-day free trial with full access to the app. The trial is how you decide whether the app is for you. If you're unsure during the trial, cancel before day 7 and you won't be charged anything.
2. 14-day "doesn't work" guarantee
If, within 14 days of your first paid charge, the app fails to work on a computer that meets the published system requirements and our support team can't resolve the problem, we'll refund the full charge.
To claim this, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first paid charge. Include your system specs, what you tried, and what didn't work. We'll work with you to fix the issue first — if we can't, we'll refund.
3. Mid-term cancellation
You can cancel any time from the customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your current subscription stays active until its expiry date, and we don't refund the unused portion of a paid term.
4. We won't refund
Outside of the 14-day "doesn't work" window and the trial, we won't refund a subscription:
- Because your hardware doesn't meet the published requirements (these are listed publicly before you sign up).
- Because you changed your mind after using the app extensively.
- If your account has been terminated for breach of the Code of Use.
- Because you forgot to cancel before the trial ended and we charged the card you provided — please cancel before the trial ends.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country. If your country's law gives you a stronger refund right than this policy, that right applies — regardless of what's written here.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method that was originally charged. Stripe typically processes the refund within 5–10 business days; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
7. Contact
To request a refund or ask a question: [email protected].
